# The Tender Navigator dashboard

> The Tender Navigator dashboard is the signed-in workspace. Its sidebar has a Workspace section (Overview, Pre-search tool, Filters, Results, My Lists) and an Account section (Business Profile, Supplier Profile, Subscription, Account). The Overview page summarises active filters, evaluations, recent matches and evaluations left.

## The topbar

The topbar shows your current plan, an **Upgrade** button where a higher tier exists, the **Product tour** button, and the account menu. The account menu repeats Dashboard, Account and Subscription, offers the Product tour, and holds **Log out**.

## The Overview page in detail

- **Active filters** counts filters that are switched on.
- **Tenders evaluated** counts tenders evaluated across all filters.
- **Recent matches** counts recent tenders with a Matched verdict.
- **Evaluations left** shows how many AI evaluations remain in the current billing cycle.
- **Recent results** lists the latest evaluated tenders. Clicking a row opens the Tender Info panel in place, the same panel the Results page uses.
- **Your filters** lists your filters with their status. When there are none, the panel says "No filters yet" and offers to create one.

When something is empty, the panel says why: no filter exists yet, every filter is paused, the first evaluations are still on the way, or the filters have evaluated many tenders without a match. Each state links to the action that resolves it.

## When no plan is active

Without an active plan the sidebar shrinks to **Results**, **My Lists**, **Subscription** and **Account**. Existing results and lists stay readable, because they are your own data, but the Pre-search tool, Filters and the profile pages are unavailable until a plan is activated from the Subscription page. ## Partner-affiliated accounts

If your account is affiliated with a partner and your account country is one the partner serves, the dashboard may show that partner's mark in the Pre-search tool header and a partner service card on the Overview.
