> Tender Navigator exports a list instantly as CSV, Excel or Markdown from the Export button on the list page, for this page or everything matching the list's filters up to 2,000 rows, with optional evaluation, note, source URL and extended columns. The Results page and very large lists use a separate export that is prepared and sent by email.

## Exporting a list

1. Open the list under **My Lists**.
2. Press **Export**. The button is available once the list has tenders.
3. Choose the **format**: CSV (UTF-8), Excel (an .xls workbook) or Markdown.
4. Choose the **scope**: the visible page, everything that matches the list's current filters, or the selected rows when some are ticked. Exports are capped at 2,000 rows.
5. Choose the columns: evaluation fields (verdict and reasoning), your notes, the source URL, and extended columns (CPV, NAICS, language, external ID).
6. Press **Download**. The file is built in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.

Budgets are exported as a raw number and a currency code in separate columns in CSV and Excel, so a spreadsheet can sum and sort them; Markdown gets the formatted amount.

## Emailed export for very large lists

Next to Export, a quieter **Email export** menu ("For very large lists - sent by email") asks Tender Navigator to prepare the whole list and email it to you. Use it when a list exceeds the 2,000-row cap.

## Exporting from the Results page

The **Results** page has a **Choose format** export. It is prepared by Tender Navigator with the page's current filters applied and delivered by email ("We'll email you the file when it's ready"). If the current filters match nothing, the page says "No results to export with the current filters".
