> Each Tender Navigator filter reports how many tenders it evaluated this month and how many were left stuck because an evaluation limit was reached. The plan sets the evaluations available per billing cycle; a filter can additionally carry its own evaluation limit.

## The counters

On the Filters page, each filter shows **Performed**, **Stuck** and **Limit**. On the filter's own page, the Usage section explains them:

- **Evaluations performed.** Tenders the AI has evaluated this month using this filter.
- **Stuck tenders.** Tenders from this month that could not be evaluated by this filter, either because the filter's own evaluation limit was exceeded or because the plan's evaluations for the month were exhausted.
- **Evaluations limit.** An optional maximum number of tenders this filter may evaluate for you this month. Tenders above the limit are not evaluated and appear as stuck. Empty means unlimited (within the plan).
- **Activations left.** How many more filters the account can switch on under its plan.

## The plan's evaluations

Every plan includes a number of AI evaluations per billing cycle, shown on the Subscription page as **Evaluations used this cycle** and on the Overview as **Evaluations left**. The figure is shared by all of your active filters. When it reaches zero, every filter records its further tenders as stuck until the next cycle begins. See [Plans and what they include](/knowledge-base/plans-and-limits) for the figures per plan.

## Why set a per-filter limit

A broad filter in a busy market can consume the whole cycle's evaluations in a few days, leaving nothing for a narrower, more valuable filter. A per-filter evaluations limit caps the broad one so that the others keep running. The limit is a ceiling, not extra capacity: setting a filter's limit above the plan's evaluations does not grant more.

## What stuck means for you

A stuck tender is one the filter picked up but did not evaluate. It has no verdict and does not appear on the Results page. If a filter shows stuck tenders, either narrow its criteria (fewer keywords, a tighter code list, a budget range) so it picks up fewer tenders, raise its per-filter limit, or move to a plan with more evaluations.

## Free search does not count

The Pre-search tool does not consume evaluations. Only tenders picked up by active filters and evaluated by AI do.
