# Invoices and payment methods

> Invoices for a Tender Navigator subscription are listed on the Subscription page, ten per page, each with a download. The page also previews the upcoming payment. Payment methods are changed through Manage billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal.

## Invoices

The **Subscription** page lists your payments newest first, ten per page, with the date, the plan and the amount. Each has a **Download invoice** button; a refunded payment is marked **Refunded**. "No invoices yet." appears on a new account or a free Basic plan with no payments.

## Upcoming payment

For an active, renewing subscription the plan card shows the **Upcoming payment**: subtotal, discount when one applies, tax and the amount due, as Stripe will charge it at the next renewal. All figures come from Stripe; Tender Navigator does not compute prices itself.

## Changing the payment method

Press **Manage billing** on the Subscription page. The Stripe billing portal opens, where you can update the card, view invoices and manage the subscription. Return to Tender Navigator with the portal's back link; the Subscription page reloads your subscription state.

## VAT and billing details

Prices are shown without VAT; VAT is added at checkout according to your billing address in Stripe. Company details for invoices are edited in the billing portal.

## Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, update the card through **Manage billing**. Should the plan lapse, the Subscription page shows no active plan, and **Activate a plan** restores it once the payment method works.
