# Managing notification settings

> Tender Navigator's notification settings are per filter: each filter's Notifications & schedule section sets its digest subject, frequency, day and time. There is no account-wide notification preference page and no in-app notification centre. Other emails, such as the confirmation code and password reset, are sent as part of the action that needs them.

## Where the settings are

Notification settings are part of each filter. Open the filter under **Filters** and edit **Notifications & schedule**: the subject, Daily or Weekly, the day and the time in UTC. Save the filter. See [How filter digest emails work](/knowledge-base/email-digests).

There is no separate notification page on the account, and no toggle that affects all filters at once.

## Stopping emails from one filter

Pause the filter. A paused filter neither evaluates nor emails. Switching it back on resumes both. See [Activating, pausing, duplicating and deleting filters](/knowledge-base/activating-and-pausing-filters).

## Stopping all digest emails

Pause every filter, or cancel your subscription. Results already on the Results page stay readable.

## Fewer, larger emails

Set the frequency to **Weekly** on filters you review once a week. Evaluation continues daily; only the email changes.

## Other emails Tender Navigator sends

| Email | When |
| --- | --- |
| Six-digit confirmation code | At signup, and when you press Resend code on the confirmation page. |
| Password reset link | When you request a reset from the Sign in page. |
| Email change confirmation | When you change the email address on the Account page. |
| Password change confirmation | After you change your password on the Account page. |
| Exported file | When you request an emailed export from the Results page or a list. |
| Replies to Support and demo requests | From the team, to the address you gave in the form. |

These are sent as part of the action that needs them and have no setting.

## Where emails come from

Tender Navigator's public contact address is hello@tendernavigator.com. Allow-listing the tendernavigator.com domain in your mail system prevents digests from landing in spam. See [No email notification received](/knowledge-base/no-email-notification-received).

## Not in the product today

There is no in-app notification centre, no browser push notification, no SMS, and no per-user notification preferences beyond the per-filter schedule. This Knowledge Base will be updated when that changes.
