> Any evaluated tender in Tender Navigator can be shared through a public link created from the Tender Info panel. The recipient needs no account and sees the tender's details, the Matched or Unmatched verdict and the reasoning. The link can be deleted at any time, after which it stops working.

## Creating a link

1. Open the tender from the **Results** page or the Overview so the **Tender Info** panel shows.
2. Press **Share**. Tender Navigator generates a link and copies it ("Link copied").
3. Send the link to anyone. It opens in any browser without signing in.

Sharing is available for evaluated tenders only. Pre-search results and tenders from the public search page are not shareable this way; send the notice page address instead.

## What the recipient sees

A page marked **Shared tender** with:

- the title and the **Matched** or **Unmatched** verdict with the AI reasoning;
- Buyer country, Language, Publication date, Deadline date, Estimated budget when stated, Source system and External ID;
- the description.

The page says it was shared via Tender Navigator and links to the site. It does not show your name, your filter, your prompt or your other results.

## Deleting a link

Open the same tender's Tender Info panel and use the share control to delete the link ("Share link deleted"). Anyone opening it afterwards sees "This share link is no longer valid. The owner may have deleted it." Creating a new share afterwards produces a new address.

## Sharing several tenders

To hand a colleague a set of tenders rather than one, save them to a list and export it. See [Exporting tenders](/knowledge-base/exporting-tenders).
