Creating a Tender Navigator account
A Tender Navigator account is created on the signup page in three steps: fill in the form and choose a plan, confirm your email address with a six-digit code, and complete checkout for the chosen plan. The Basic plan is free and still goes through checkout, with no charge.

Before you start
You need a work email address you can read straight away, because the confirmation code is sent there. There is no time-limited trial: the Basic plan is free for as long as you use it, and paid plans are chosen at checkout and can be changed or cancelled at any time.
Step 1: fill in the signup form
- Open Sign up. Every "Start free" button on the site leads there.
- Choose your plan. The plan selector opens on Basic, the free plan, unless you arrived from a pricing card or a link that already names a plan. You can change the plan later from the dashboard.
- Enter your Name, Work email, Country and a Password. The password needs at least 8 characters, 1 number, 1 capital letter and 1 special character; a live checklist under the field shows which rules are met.
- Tick the legal agreement. It covers the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Master Subscription Agreement, AI Transparency Notice and Data Processing Agreement, each linked from the checkbox and opening in a new tab.
- Press the submit button. Registration is protected by reCAPTCHA; nothing extra is required from you.
The country you pick is stored on the account and can be edited later on the Account page. It is used for account settings and for deciding whether partner material applies to you (see Registering through a partner page); it does not restrict which tenders you can search.
Step 2: confirm your email
After submitting, Tender Navigator sends a six-digit confirmation code to the address you entered and shows the "Confirm your email" page.
- Enter the code and press Confirm & continue.
- If it has not arrived, check the spam folder, then press Resend code. A short cooldown applies between resends.
- Back to sign up clears the unfinished registration so you can start again with a different address.
An account whose email is not confirmed cannot open the dashboard: every dashboard page redirects back to the confirmation step until the code is accepted.
Step 3: complete checkout
Once the email is confirmed you are taken to Stripe checkout for the plan you chose. This applies to the free Basic plan too: checkout registers the plan on your account without charging anything. For paid plans, VAT is added at checkout.
When checkout completes you return to the Subscription page, which confirms the activation, and then to the dashboard Overview, where the getting-started checklist and the product tour are offered. See Subscribing to a plan for what to expect if the confirmation takes a moment.
If you signed up on a partner page
Registration from a partner's co-branded page (for example a page reached from a partner's embedded search widget) collects the same details, offers the same plans and follows the same email confirmation and checkout. The difference is that the account is recorded as affiliated with that partner. See Registering through a partner page.
