What is Tender Navigator?

Tender Navigator is a tender discovery and AI-assisted tender evaluation platform. It aggregates public tenders from 100+ procurement sources, lets you search them in one place, saves your searches as filters, and evaluates every new matching tender against your own criteria with AI, so your team reviews fewer irrelevant opportunities. How does Tender Navigator find tenders?

Tender Navigator ingests notices from public procurement platforms into one database. You search it directly with the Pre-search tool, or you save a filter with keywords, countries and classification codes, and Tender Navigator checks new tenders against that filter every day. How does AI tender matching work?

Each tender an active filter picks up is sent, with the filter's AI prompt describing your business, to a large language model. The model returns a verdict, Matched or Unmatched, and a short reasoning. Evaluation runs daily; nothing is evaluated on demand. See How AI tender evaluation works.

What is the Pre-search tool (Presearch)?

The Pre-search tool is Tender Navigator's live tender search. Anyone can use it on the website with a five-result preview; signed-in users get full results in the dashboard and can save a search as a filter. Its results are not evaluated by AI. See Using the Pre-search tool.

How do I search for a tender?

Enter one or more keywords, optionally narrow by country, CPV, NAICS or UNSPSC code and budget, and press Search. Every criterion widens the search except the budget range. See Keywords, countries and codes.

What is a filter?

A filter is a saved tender search that keeps running. It has keywords, countries, classification codes, an optional budget rule, an AI prompt and an email schedule. Only active filters search, evaluate and email. See How filters work.

Why was a tender matched or unmatched?

Open the tender from the Results page. The Tender Info panel shows the AI's reasoning under "Evaluation completed" and, further down, the filter exactly as it was when the tender was evaluated. See Why a tender was matched or unmatched.

What is an AI summary?

A short AI-generated overview of a tender notice, shown when you open a notice from the Pre-search tool. It is generated on the first open and is the same for everyone. It does not judge the tender against your business; that is what AI evaluation does. See The AI summary.

Which tender sources does Tender Navigator use?

Public procurement platforms across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and international bodies, described on the site as 100+ platforms across 180+ countries. Named platforms include TED, Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, SAM.gov, Canada Buys and AusTender. Every tender shows its source and external ID. See Which tender sources Tender Navigator covers.

How often is the data updated?

Filters are evaluated daily and the Market Insights figures are updated daily; a search reads the database live. Tender Navigator does not publish a refresh schedule per source platform. See How often tender data and evaluations are updated.

How do email notifications work?

Each active filter sends a digest email on its own schedule: daily or weekly, on a chosen day and time in UTC, with a subject you choose. The schedule moves the email only; evaluation runs daily. See How filter digest emails work.

Where can I manage my account?

On the Account page in the dashboard: name, country, timezone, email address and password. Plans, invoices and cancellation are on the Subscription page. See Managing your account.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

There is a free Basic plan and no time-limited trial. Basic is free for as long as you use it; paid plans are chosen at checkout and can be changed or cancelled at any time. See Plans and what they include.

What do the plans include?

Each plan sets how many filters can be active at once and how many AI evaluations are included per monthly cycle, plus extras such as AI assistance. The Pricing page is the canonical source for current prices and figures. See Plans and what they include.

Does Tender Navigator support teams?

Not today. An account is a single user. There is no shared workspace, invitation, role or seat management. Colleagues can be given results through shared tender links and exports, and teams that need more can ask about the Corporate plan. See Managing your account.

Can I share a tender with someone who has no account?

Yes. Any evaluated tender can be shared through a public link from the Tender Info panel; the recipient sees the tender's details, the verdict and the reasoning without signing in. See Sharing a tender.

How is my data used?

Tender Navigator, operated by SynergySoft Sarl in Geneva, processes account, usage and billing data and the content you submit, and sends prompts and tender text to contracted AI providers to produce evaluations and summaries. Your filters, results and profiles are private; only what you publish or share becomes public. See How Tender Navigator uses your data.

How do partner integrations work?

A partner embeds Tender Navigator's search widget on its website and registers visitors through a co-branded page. Accounts created that way are affiliated with the partner and, in the countries the partner serves, may see partner content in the dashboard. See Partner integrations.
