Tender Lists: saving and organising tenders
Tender Lists in Tender Navigator let you collect evaluated tenders into named lists: Favorites by default plus custom lists you create. Tenders are saved from the Results page, the Tender Info panel or the Overview, can carry a note and a pipeline status, and a list can be viewed as a table or a Kanban board and exported.

What a list is
A list is a collection of saved tenders. Favorites exists on every account; you can create as many custom lists as you need, for example per region, theme, client or priority. Lists live under My Lists in the dashboard sidebar and stay available even without an active plan, because they are your own curation of data you already have.
Saving a tender
Only evaluated tenders can be saved to a list, because membership is tied to the evaluated result. Save from:
- the Favorites heart or the Save to list control on a row of the Results page;
- the Save to list button in the Tender Info panel;
- a row under Recent results on the Overview.
The picker shows your lists with a tick next to the ones the tender is already in, and a Create new list form that creates the list and adds the tender in one step. A saved row shows a "Saved" badge with the number of lists it is in.
To save several at once, tick rows on the Results page and use Save selected to list....
Inside a list
A list page shows its tenders in a table (Title, Country, Deadline, Source, Status, Date added, Actions) or as a Kanban board grouped by status; the view choice is remembered. Each row offers:
- Open original tender on the source platform;
- a Note, free text for your own use;
- a Status for the pipeline: Unprocessed, Reviewing, Qualified, Bidding started, Proposal submitted, Won, Lost or Archive;
- Remove from list.
The list can be narrowed with the same controls as the Results page (match, filter, evaluation dates, codes, countries, deadline range) plus a text search and the status.
Moving and copying between lists
Tick rows inside a list, then Copy to... another list or Move to... it (move removes the tenders from the current list).
Renaming and deleting a list
From My Lists, the actions menu on a list offers editing its name and description, and deleting it. Deleting a list does not delete the tenders or their results.
Exporting
Export on a list page produces a CSV, Excel or Markdown file in your browser. See Exporting tenders.
The list tour
A list with tenders in it offers the short tour "Work a list": using the list as a pipeline, and exporting it. See The platform tour.
