Subscribing to a plan
A Tender Navigator plan is bought through Stripe checkout, reached from signup after the email confirmation, from a Pricing page card, or from the Subscription page. After payment you return to the Subscription page, which confirms the activation with Tender Navigator and then continues to the dashboard. The free Basic plan goes through the same checkout with no charge.

Where checkout starts
- At signup, right after the email confirmation, for the plan you chose on the signup form.
- From the Pricing page: the button on a plan card. Signed out, it takes you through signup first.
- From the Subscription page in the dashboard, when no plan is active: Activate a plan and the plan comparison.
All of them open Stripe checkout for the chosen plan. Stripe handles the card details; Tender Navigator never sees or stores them. VAT is added at checkout on paid plans. The free Basic plan goes through the same checkout with nothing to pay, which is what registers the plan on your account.
After payment
- Stripe returns you to the Subscription page.
- The page confirms the activation with Tender Navigator. This usually takes a few seconds; a banner says the plan is being activated meanwhile, and the page checks for up to a minute.
- Once confirmed, the toast "Welcome aboard!" appears and you continue to the dashboard Overview, which offers the product tour once.
If you left checkout without paying, nothing happens: the Subscription page shows no plan and you can start again.
If it says the payment is still being processed
Occasionally the confirmation takes longer than the page waits. The page then says the activation is still being processed. Your payment is not lost: reload the Subscription page a little later, and if the plan is still not shown after a few minutes, write to the team from the Support page with the email address of the account.
Billing cycle
Plans are billed monthly. The Subscription page shows the Period start and Period end of the current cycle, and the Upcoming payment with subtotal, any discount, tax and the amount due, taken from Stripe.
Partner registrations
Registering through a partner page ends in the same checkout for the same plans. A tender you selected on a partner's site before registering is opened for you once the subscription is confirmed. See Registering through a partner page.
