Subscription and billing

Plans and what they include

Tender Navigator offers four plans: Basic (free), Standard, Premium and Corporate (custom). A plan sets how many filters can be active at once, how many AI evaluations are included per monthly billing cycle, and which extras such as prompt history and AI assistance are included. The Pricing page is the canonical source for current prices and per-plan figures.

What a plan controls

  • Filters that can be active at once. Creating paused filters is unlimited; the plan caps how many run at the same time. Activating one more than allowed is refused with a message. See Activating, pausing, duplicating and deleting filters.
  • AI evaluations per billing cycle. Every tender an active filter evaluates uses one. When the cycle's evaluations are spent, further tenders are recorded as stuck until the next cycle. See Filter usage and limits.
  • Digest scheduling. Daily and weekly digests are available on every plan.
  • AI evaluation is included on every plan.
  • Prompt history, AI assistance, exporting results and the Pre-search tool are listed per plan on the Pricing page. AI assistance has a basic and an advanced level; see The AI assistant.
  • VAT is not included in the listed prices and is added at checkout.

The Subscription page shows your plan's own figures: Active filters allowed (used / allowed), Evaluations used this cycle, scheduling options and archive access.

Plan ranks

Basic, Standard, Premium and Corporate are ranked in that order. A move up is an upgrade and applies immediately; a move down is a downgrade and is scheduled for the end of the current cycle. See Upgrading or downgrading your plan.

Without an active plan

The dashboard stays open with Results, My Lists, Subscription and Account. The Pre-search tool, Filters and the profile pages need an active plan; the Subscription page offers Activate a plan and a plan comparison. See Cancelling your subscription.

The free Pre-search on the website

The public search on the website is free for everyone, with a five-result preview, and needs no plan. See Using the Pre-search tool.
