Partner integrations in Tender Navigator
A Tender Navigator partner integration lets a partner offer tender search on its own website through an embedded widget and register visitors through a co-branded page. Accounts created that way are affiliated with the partner, and affiliated users in the countries the partner serves may see the partner's mark and a partner service card in their dashboard. Bid Solutions is the partner integrated today.

What a partner integration is
A partner is an organisation that offers Tender Navigator's tender search to its own audience. The integration has three parts:
- The embedded search widget on the partner's website, where visitors search live tenders without leaving the partner's page. See The embeddable tender search widget.
- A co-branded registration page on tendernavigator.com, carrying the partner's name and logo, where a visitor creates a Tender Navigator account. See Registering through a partner page.
- Partner affiliation on the account. An account created through the partner journey is recorded as affiliated with that partner.
Partners do not get access to your account, your filters or your results. What a partner receives is attribution: Tender Navigator knows that a registration came through the partner.
Partner content in the dashboard
For an affiliated account whose account country is one the partner serves, the dashboard shows:
- the partner's mark ("In partnership with ...") in the header of the Pre-search tool;
- a Partner service card on the Overview describing what the partner offers, with a link to the partner's site.
Both conditions must hold: affiliation with that partner and an account country in the partner's list. An affiliated account in another country, or an unaffiliated account in a served country, sees the standard dashboard. The country is the one on your account, editable on the Account page, never your location or network.
The card is clearly labelled as a partner service, states that the partner is independent, and that any engagement is directly with them. Tender Navigator places this material; partners have no console and no access to user data.
Today's partner
Bid Solutions, a UK bid-writing, bid-management and recruitment company, is the partner integrated today. Its card, shown to Bid Solutions-affiliated accounts in the United Kingdom, reads "Need help writing the bid?" and links to the bid and proposal writing page on bidsolutions.com.
