Invoices and payment methods
Invoices for a Tender Navigator subscription are listed on the Subscription page, ten per page, each with a download, and stay there after a return to the free Basic plan. A paid plan also previews the upcoming payment. Payment methods are changed through Manage billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal.

Invoices
The Subscription page lists your payments newest first, ten per page, with the date, the plan and the amount. Each has a Download invoice button; a refunded payment is marked Refunded.
Basic is free and creates no invoices, so "No invoices yet." appears on an account that has never had a paid plan. The invoices of an earlier Standard or Premium plan stay listed after a downgrade to Basic.
Upcoming payment
For a paid plan that renews, the plan card shows the Upcoming payment: subtotal, discount when one applies, tax and the amount due, as Stripe will charge it at the next renewal. All figures come from Stripe; Tender Navigator does not compute prices itself. The preview is not shown on Basic, and not while a downgrade to Basic is scheduled, because no invoice is coming then.
Changing the payment method
Press Manage billing on the Subscription page. The Stripe billing portal opens, where you can update the card, view invoices and edit the billing details. Return to Tender Navigator with the portal's back link; the Subscription page reloads your subscription state.
Manage billing belongs to a paid plan. On Basic there is no payment method to manage, and the button is not shown.
VAT and billing details
Prices are shown without VAT; VAT is added at checkout according to your billing address in Stripe. Company details for invoices are edited in the billing portal.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, update the card through Manage billing as soon as you can. If the paid plan has ended by then, the Subscription page shows the plan the account is on now, and the plan comparison there is the way back to a paid plan.
