Supplier Profile and the Supplier Directory
The Supplier Profile is the public company listing a Tender Navigator user can publish in the Supplier Directory at tendernavigator.com/suppliers. It holds the company identity, logo, descriptions, tags and public contact details; publishing requires every required field, an explicit consent, and a plan that includes publication. Unpublishing removes the listing immediately.

Two profiles, one company
Tender Navigator keeps two profiles per account. The Business Profile is private and drives matching. The Supplier Profile is the public listing: what buyers read about you in the Supplier Directory. They are separate pages in the sidebar's Account section, each with its own draft, save bar and validation.
The sections
| Section | What it holds | Visibility |
|---|---|---|
| Company identity | Company name, website, headquarters, size, founding year. | Public once published. |
| Branding | Your logo, uploaded as PNG, JPEG, WEBP or SVG. | Shown on the directory card and the public page. |
| Public descriptions | A short description for the card and a full description for the page. | Public after publishing. |
| Tags | Concise terms for your focus areas. | Public. |
| Public contact | Public email, phone, contact person, LinkedIn. Use shared inboxes, not personal data you would rather keep private. | Public. |
A Preview shows how the card and the public page will look, including unsaved changes.
Publishing
- Fill in every required field. The readiness checklist lists what is still missing, one row per required field.
- Press Save Supplier Profile. If the draft is complete and unpublished, a reminder offers to publish it right away.
- Tick the consent confirming you want this information public, then press the publish action ("Publish", or "Save and publish" when there are unsaved valid changes). The toast "Published" confirms that the card is live.
Publishing is available on plans that include it; on other plans the page shows an upgrade prompt instead of the publish action. While a profile is published, a required field cannot be blanked and saved: the listing stays on the last valid version until the field is restored or the profile is unpublished.
Unpublishing
The publication card offers Unpublish. The toast "Unpublished" confirms that the card no longer appears in the directory. The data stays on your profile for a later re-publish.
The Supplier Directory
The Supplier Directory is a public page listing published suppliers as cards: logo, company name, short description, tags, and the codes and regions the profile states. Each card opens a public supplier page with the full description and the public contact details the supplier chose to show, with a contact button. The directory is ordered by Tender Navigator, with premium and standard subscribers listed before others.
