Understanding Matched and Unmatched results

The Results page in the Tender Navigator dashboard lists every tender your filters have evaluated. Each result carries a verdict, Matched (the AI judged it a fit for your prompt) or Unmatched, the AI's reasoning, and the tender's details. The page opens on the last seven days and can be narrowed by verdict, filter, dates, codes and countries.

Where results live

Results in the dashboard sidebar shows tenders evaluated against your filters with AI relevance reasoning. Results stay available even when no plan is active, because they are your own data. The Overview page shows the latest ones under Recent results.

The two verdicts

  • Matched. The AI model judged the tender a fit for the filter's prompt.
  • Unmatched. The AI model judged it not a fit.

A verdict is not a search hit: the guided tour puts it as "This is a verdict, not a search hit". The tender already satisfied the filter's keywords, countries and codes; the verdict says whether it satisfies your business criteria. Both verdicts are kept, so you can see what the filter is reading and correct the prompt when Unmatched tenders look like work you would want.

Reading a result

A row shows the verdict badge, the filter that produced it, the title, the buyer country, the deadline and the evaluation date. On a phone the rows are cards. Opening a row shows the Tender Info panel with the reasoning under "Evaluation completed", the tender's details, a link to the original tender, and the filter as it was at evaluation time. See The Tender Info panel.

Narrowing the page

  • Quick range: Last week, Last 2 weeks, Last month, Last 3 months. The page always opens on a rolling last 7 days, computed when you open it, so a bookmark never shows a stale window. A range you pick stays while you are on the page and is not carried into the next visit.
  • Match: All, Matched or Unmatched.
  • Filter: all filters or one of them.
  • Evaluated from / to: a custom date range for the evaluation date.
  • More filters: CPV, NAICS and UNSPSC codes, Countries, Deadline from / to.

The match, filter, page size, codes, countries and deadline bounds you set are remembered between visits; the date window is not. Reset returns everything to the defaults. Links from digest emails open the page with the email's own filters and dates applied.

Actions on results

  • Favorites heart and Save to list on each row: add the tender to a list. See Tender Lists.
  • Select rows and Save selected to list... to add several at once.
  • Export (Choose format): an export of the current results is prepared and sent to you by email.
  • Inside the Tender Info panel: Share to create a public link, Open original tender.

Empty states, and what they mean

  • "No results yet, because there is no filter yet": create a filter.
  • "Your filters are paused": activate one; a paused filter does not search.
  • "Your first evaluations are on the way": the filter is active and the first daily run has not completed yet.
  • "No results in this range": widen the date range or clear the filters. If the filters have evaluated many tenders with no match, the page suggests widening the criteria.

The results tour

The Results page offers the short tour "Read your results": what a Matched verdict means, how to keep a tender with Favorites, and where the reasoning lives. See The platform tour.
