Tender details and lists

The Tender Info panel on the Results page

Tender Info is the panel that opens when you click an evaluated tender on the Tender Navigator Results page or the Overview. It shows the AI verdict and reasoning, the tender's details with a link to the original notice, the filter exactly as it was when the tender was evaluated, and the Share and Save to list actions.

Opening it

Click a row on the Results page, or a row under Recent results on the Overview. The panel slides in over the page; the list stays behind it.

Header actions

  • Save to list (reads Saved once the tender is in a list). See Tender Lists.
  • Share: creates a public link to this tender, or copies and manages an existing one. See Sharing a tender.

Evaluation completed

The verdict, Matched or Unmatched, and the AI's reasoning. A days left badge shows the time to the deadline. See Why a tender was matched or unmatched.

Tender details

Publication date, Deadline date, Estimated budget (when stated), Buyer country, Language, Source system, External ID, and the CPV and NAICS codes the tender carries. The description follows, and Open original tender opens the notice on the source platform in a new tab.

Filter info

The filter as it was when this tender was evaluated: Keywords, Countries, CPV, NAICS, Deadline offset, the Budget range and the rule for tenders without a budget, and the LLM model. This is an archived snapshot: editing the filter later never changes what is shown here, so the reasoning above always has the criteria it was written against.

When the filter used Translate keywords, a Translated keywords table lists the keyword translations by language that were used to match this tender.

Why it is a panel

The panel keeps the Results page and its filters where they were, so you can work down a list of results one by one. Closing it returns you to the same row.
