What is Tender Navigator?

The problem Tender Navigator solves

Public procurement is published across hundreds of portals, each with its own search, language and format. A bid team that monitors several markets checks portal after portal, reads a lot of notices that do not fit, and still misses some that do. Tender Navigator brings those sources into one place and adds a layer of judgement: for every new tender that matches a saved search, an AI model reads the notice against a description of your business and states whether it is a fit and why.

What Tender Navigator does

• Aggregates tenders. Tender Navigator ingests notices from public procurement sources across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and international bodies. • Searches them in one place. The Pre-search tool lets anyone run a live keyword search, narrowed by country and by CPV, NAICS or UNSPSC classification codes, without an account.
• Saves searches as filters. A filter is a saved search with keywords, countries, classification codes, an optional budget range, an AI prompt describing your business, and an email schedule. Tender Navigator keeps running it for you.
• Evaluates tenders with AI. Each new tender that matches an active filter is judged by an AI model against the filter's prompt. The result is a verdict, Matched or Unmatched, with a short written reasoning. See How AI tender evaluation works.
• Delivers results. Evaluated tenders appear on the Results page in the dashboard and in digest emails sent daily or weekly per filter. See How filter digest emails work.

Who it is for

Tender Navigator is built for bid and business development teams in private companies that respond to public-sector and enterprise tenders: solo bidders and occasional tenderers on the free plan, active bid teams monitoring a handful of markets, and multi-market teams running many parallel searches. It is not designed for public contracting authorities evaluating submitted bids; the AI Transparency Notice explains why that use is classified differently.

What Tender Navigator is not

• It does not submit bids or applications on your behalf.
• It does not make procurement decisions. AI outputs are advisory; your team still validates requirements, eligibility and commercial fit against the original notice.
• It is not the source of record for a tender. Every notice comes from a procurement portal, and the original publication always wins when the two differ. See Tender data and the original source.
