No email notification received
A missing Tender Navigator digest email is usually explained by the filter's schedule: digests are sent daily or weekly at the time set on the filter, only for active filters, and only once the filter has evaluated tenders. Check the filter's status and schedule, the Results page, the spam folder and the account's email address.

Check the filter
- Status. Only an active filter sends digests. Open Filters; a filter under Paused sends nothing.
- Schedule. Open the filter and look at Notifications & schedule: the frequency, the day of week for a weekly digest, and the time in UTC. A weekly digest set to Monday sends nothing until Monday, whatever the Results page already shows.
- Has it evaluated anything? On the filter, Evaluations performed shows how many tenders it read this month. A filter that has not yet completed its first daily run, or whose criteria match nothing, has nothing to send. See No tenders found.
- Stuck tenders. If the plan's evaluations for the cycle are used up, tenders are recorded as stuck and not evaluated, so there is nothing to report. See Filter usage and limits.
Check the Results page
If the Results page shows evaluated tenders for the filter but no email arrived, the problem is on the email side rather than the filter's.
Check your mailbox
- Look in spam or junk, and in any promotions or filtered folders. Allow-list the tendernavigator.com domain.
- Check the address on the Account page. Digests go there only. If it shows "Email not confirmed yet", confirm it; an unconfirmed address receives no digests.
- Corporate mail systems sometimes quarantine automated mail; ask your IT team to check the quarantine for mail from tendernavigator.com.
Other emails
The confirmation code, the password reset link and emailed exports are sent when you trigger them. If one of those is missing, use Resend code on the confirmation page, request the reset again, or re-request the export, after checking spam. See Managing notification settings.
Still missing
Write to the team from the Support page with the filter's name, its schedule, and the date you expected the email.
