Light and dark mode
The Tender Navigator website and dashboard come in a light and a dark appearance. By default the appearance follows your device (System); choose Light or Dark with the appearance switcher in the header or the dashboard topbar to override it. The choice is remembered in that browser and applies at once, without a reload. The appearance changes colours only: tender data, AI evaluations, exports and emails are the same in both.

Three choices
- System (the default): Tender Navigator follows the light or dark setting of your device, and changes with it, even while a page is open.
- Light: always light, whatever your device is set to.
- Dark: always dark, whatever your device is set to.
Where the switcher is
- On the website: the icon next to the language globe in the header. It shows your current choice: a sun for Light, a moon for Dark, a screen for System. On a phone the three choices are inside the menu, under the languages.
- In the dashboard: the same icon in the topbar, next to the language globe.
The change applies at once. The page does not reload, so nothing you are editing is lost.
How the choice is remembered
The choice is stored in the browser you made it in, like the interface language, not in your account. It stays when you sign in or out, in new tabs and after the browser restarts. On another device or browser the appearance follows that device until you choose there too.
What changes and what does not
- Changes: the colours of the website and the dashboard, including the Knowledge Base and the platform tour. The dark colours were chosen so that text keeps WCAG AA contrast.
- Does not change: tender data, AI evaluations and summaries, your filters and lists, exports, and emails. A partner's search widget on another website follows the appearance the partner chose for it.
